Founders Note

Kind Haus was born from living through both heartbreak and joy — often at the same time.

In recent years, I experienced profound loss: the passing of my parents and my sister-in-law. Alongside that grief were moments of deep happiness — graduations, new babies, milestones, and the many small moments in between that quietly shape our lives.

What I learned during that time is how often we want to show up for one another — and how hard it can be to know how. Sometimes words feel inadequate. Sometimes celebrations feel layered. And sometimes the most meaningful thing we can offer is simply a thoughtful presence.

Kind Haus was created for those moments.

Each gift is curated with intention, care, and respect for the moment it’s meant to honor — whether that’s offering comfort, celebrating a beginning, expressing gratitude, or acknowledging something that matters. I wanted to create a place where kindness could hold both joy and grief, without needing to choose between the two.

Kind Haus is a reflection of what I needed — and what I still believe we all need — a way to show up thoughtfully, sincerely, and with heart.
