At Kind Haus, each item is thoughtfully curated and handled with care. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except as expressly outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and all original packaging

Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in denial of your claim.

If your claim is approved, Kind Haus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund to the original form of payment

We do not guarantee replacements for limited or out-of-stock items.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Items purchased in error or due to change of mind
  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items
  • Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including product selection and shipping address, are accurate at the time of purchase.

Kind Haus is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information and will not issue refunds or replacements in such cases.


Shipping & Delivery

Kind Haus is not liable for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or external factors

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact Kind Haus at Kindnesshausgifts@gmail.com  to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a violation of this policy.
